James Corbett serves as Chief Operations Officer at Wintrust Investments. He oversees the middle office operations team and the support desk, both of which provide daily operational support. Jim often provides input for new firm policy and procedures, working closely with the Compliance Department and Sales Management.

Jim has over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, including the last 27 years with Wintrust Wealth Management. Prior to becoming the Chief Operations Officer, Jim served for 12 years as a Regional Manager, and spent 10 years with the Correspondent Bank Division (formerly known as Focused Investments, LLC) in various capacities, including Support Desk Supervisor.

Jim has a BS in Finance from Bradley University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 Licenses. He resides in Chicago with his wife and two children.
