Pragna Rohman works with professionals, executives, and families who have tapped into the American dream, built successful practices, and now need to evaluate their situation to plan strategies to preserve their wealth. As Senior Vice President, she and her financial advisory team uncover problems and create strategies to preserve and perpetuate their client’s wealth in a complex tax and financial environment.

As a single mother of two young boys, Pragna has also pursued her passion in assisting those in the crisis of divorce with new hope and the means to begin their forward path with strategic clarity around their financial future. In conjunction with their attorney, Pragna helps clients achieve equitable divorce settlements using knowledge of the tax laws, asset distribution, and short- and long-term financial planning.

Before joining Wintrust Wealth Management, Pragna served clients as Associate Vice President and Wealth Advisor with Morgan Stanley. Pragna began her career as a Certified Financial Manager with Merrill Lynch.

Pragna received her Certified Financial Manager certification at Merrill Lynch through the Wharton School of Business. She also received the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) designation through the Cannon Financial Institute, and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation (CDFA®) through the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 Licenses. She resides in St. Charles, Illinois with her two young sons, Nikhil and Neil.
