Margaret McGowan serves as a Trust Administrator and has been providing comprehensive real estate services to her clients for more than 25 years.

Margaret joined the firm in 2022 and works with private clients and institutions to assist in trust real estate property management tailored to each individual’s unique needs. With her in-depth knowledge and experience in real estate, and commitment to service, Margaret develops a client profile, works to execute an objective to manage a long-term strategy, and implements a plan to help her clients meet their financial goals.

Before joining the firm, Margaret spent over six years providing risk management within Wintrust Mortgage. Margaret has held an Illinois State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license since 1998. She lives in Elmhurst, Illinois with her husband and has two adult daughters.
