Ilene serves as Vice President and Trust Officer with Wintrust Private Trust Company. She brings over 16 years of experience to the trust and estate disciplines, including court-supervised guardianships, special needs trusts, trust administration, litigation construing ambiguous estate planning documents, and estate settlement. 

Prior to joining Wintrust Private Trust Company, Ilene served as a trust officer at a large financial institution. She is committed to working with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to cultivate thoughtful, trusted, and mutually beneficial partnerships as they navigate the trust and estate processes.

Ilene obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from DePaul University, her master’s degree in elementary education with middle school endorsement from St. Xavier University and is certified in genealogical research from Boston University.

Ilene volunteers her time to assist small business owners with their business plans. She lives in Frankfort, Illinois with her husband, Len, and their iron-willed ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ivan.
