Elizabeth Maddock Kearney is a Vice President and Trust Officer with a background in law. Elizabeth joined Wintrust Private Trust Company in 2023 and works with individuals and their families to address trust and estate planning needs.

Prior to joining the firm, she was Senior Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Chicago Law School and an Associate Attorney at the law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, LLP in Chicago.

Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a BA in Psychology and cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a JD. She volunteers with Misericordia, a non-profit organization that provides care and opportunities for 600+ persons with developmental disabilities. Elizabeth is also active in the Saints Joseph and Francis Women’s Club. She lives in Wilmette with her husband and two children.
